Late Pick Up Policy
Kids Inn is open from 7:00a.m. to 5:45p.m. There is a late fee of $5.00 per every 10 minutes due at the time of pick-up. CASH ONLY!
*Tuition includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, milk, and juice. *If payment is made by visa or mastercard a 3% charge is added onto your ledger for each transaction.
Tuition policies
A yearly registration fee of $70.00 per child ($95.00 per family) is due upon enrollment to reserve a space for your child in a program. This fee is non refundable. An additional $17.00 is required for the purchase of a rest time mat.

Tuition is due on Friday for the upcoming week or the first day of your childs attendance the following week. A $10.00 late fee will be applied if tuition is not paid by the beginning of each week. If your tuition falls behind two weeks your child will not be allowed to return to Kids Inn until all tuitions and late fees are paid in full.

Payments made with a credit card have a charge of 3% added to your bill with each transaction.

If two or more children from the same family attend Kids Inn, there will be 10% discount for the lower priced program(s).

A written notice of two weeks to the Director is required upon withdrawal from Kids Inn to avoid an additional tuition charge.

We have set up Tuition Express so you will now be able to set up your own accounts at

www.myprocare.com

1. enter your email address (the email we have on file at kids inn) and choose go.
2. A confirmation code will be sent to your email
3. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, choose a password, and press go.

Then you may:
a. view your childs schedule, time card, immunizations and more.
b. Use the Pay button to make a payment with your card.
These payments will come directly off your ledger as soon as the payment is made.
